Deborah Canales did her Bachelor’s in psychology in Monterrey, Mexico, and her Master’s in the University of Southampton, UK. Her Master thesis used an online survey to assess community-dwelling pedophiles in measures of impulsivity, psychopathy and cognitive distortions. As part of the iScience team, Deborah is focusing on the study of sensitive topics online and engaging hard-to-reach groups through web-based studies.
